That Aquino can only really get interested in the politics of the presidency is something that he may regret later on. Even foreign press is starting to notice how little importance Aquino is giving the flooding in Cagayan de Oro and Iligan - and how quick he is to fault the people themselves (instead of himself or his officials) when such emergencies arise.
