Robles, Manila Standard: A reliable informant has intimated that the infamous Road Board that gives out pork to congress from the road users tax collected from motorists is now being disbursed to senators.The reason for the early disbursal is obviously to win senators vote during the upcoming impeachment of CJ Corona.
