ANC: Arroyo lawyers Jose Flaminiano and Laurence Arroyo arrived at the Pasay RTC this morning for the bail hearing of the ex-pres. but were told that Judge Mupas is already on leave and the petition can be heard on Jan. 9th. Flaminiano says Mupas should have heard the petition because of its urgency. Flaminiano also reveals that Arroyo is losing weight, and will now surely spend New Year at the VMMC.
