popularity is not a license to violate the law and take over a branch of government. so manny pacquiao can kill somebody and get away with it because he's popular with the people? will the judge face impeachment trial because he convicted pacquiao and pnoy will replace him with another judge that will set him free? this is not a joke - it can really happen the way this govt think!
