Its wrong for lacierda to say that administration took 1 and half years not to do anything and gave cj corona the benefit of the doubt - lets remind him that it was aquino who drew first blood by showing his personal prejudgment by his action of not taking his oath from cj corona, a constitutional practice by tradition.
