The 14-0 unaimous Hacienda Luisita verdict was the proverbial straw that broke the Haciendero's back, so to speak. It wasn't about the t.r.o-m.r. showdown, not about election sabotage, not about GMA plunder. The Supreme Court is the last blastion of democracy. Let us not allow it to be controlled by a feudal lord executive. Protect judicial independence! uphold the majesty of law! please pass
