Helicopter is a non issue kanina pang tanghali at ang airport mismo nag declare na ng cancelation ng mga flights to different provinces. Airport cancelled all flights na kanina pang tangahli. Not even the PNP can dispute that. with this weather its going to be a rough and bumpy ride for the patient sa helicopter. Non issue na yan kanina pa.
