Hong Kong Chief Executive CY Leung says the sanctions are being imposed because the PH Gov't has not apologized for the deaths of eight Hong Kong Tourists in the Manila bus hostage crisis in 2010. From next Wednesday, visa-free arrangements will suspended for all diplomatic and official Philippine passport holders.
