President Aquino visited flood victims in Cavite Thursday. But noticeably, he was not joined by the incumbent governor, Johnvic Remulla nor by Vice Governor Jolo Revilla. Aquino was instead welcomed by partymate former Governor Ayong Maliksi who lost to Remulla in the last elelctions.
