an ailing, detained and immobilized former president, with her hands full of court cases, deprived of all communication tools, and with the govt's full allied media backing, 3 branches of govt under his control, she must be too powerful to cause the downfall of Pnoy's ratings. as she was erroneously blamed for malampaya and the sabah crisis while out of power for more than 3 yrs.
