much like the titanic, pnoy's govt is slowly sinking after bumping into an iceberg called PDAF. launched in its maiden voyage as "the largest unsinkable luxury" liner that caters to the wealthy and the elite, while its bottom decks housed the poor and misfits, this ship now is now revealing its structural design deficit that was masked from the start by false advertising and promotional gimmickry. like the titanic, the lifeboats are exclusive to the passengers who paid expensive boarding tickets while the poor ones are hopelessly doomed in the ocean's icy bottom.
