ANC: President Aquino has been challenged to account for what he spent when he went out to campaign for Team PNoy in the last midterm election. Kontra Daya and Bayan's Renato Reyes in a statement said, "it is assumed that when he attended sorties, he was using public funds. his transportation, security detail and other expenses were presumably paid for using public funds."
