TRIBUNE: CACHO OLIVARES - Noynoy is filled with hubris. He believes that, as he sits in Malacañang, he can do as he pleases--including getting exemptions every time. Remember when he also sought an exemption from the election gun ban, claiming that he had to keep on with his target shooting practice, which the subservient poll commission granted? Again, he sought and was granted an exemption from the election ban law. He acts as though he is above the law and that he is the boss, not the Filipino people whom he claims are his boss, What Noynoy is, is a HYPOCRITE.
