The Supreme Court under Chief Justice Renato Corona in its July 16,2011 ruling states that the country's "statutory claim over Sabah under Republic Act 5446 (adusting the country's archipelagic baselines) is retained." The Corona Court furthered that the petition questioning the validity of RA 9522 for its failure to include Ph claim over Sabah is baseless...Mabuhay ka CJ Corona for being a true patriot.
