ANC: Commotion at Malacanang premises as Gabriela rallies on eve of International Women's Day. Two protesters were arrested by police after Gabriela tried to get near the Palace gate. The protesters suddenly appeared outside St. Jude Church and policemen tried to block them from getting near Malacanang.
