MANILA TIMES: ERWIN TULFO - PNoy administration full lip service
Three months have passed after the Davao region was devastated by typhoon Pablo, residents in this southern part of Mindanao have yet to look for a living and trade and commerce are still on a standstill because of damaged roads and bridges. The President promised immediate assistance in the form of a P12-billion emergency fund. Unfortunately, the promised calamity fund HAS YET TO BE APPROVED by the NDRRMC before it goes to the DBM. We really can't blame the public if they see this administration FULL OF EMPTY PROMISED AND FALSE HOPES.
