ABS-CBN NEWS: PNoy, Binay, Enrile ratings plunge Pulse Asia's latest survey shows a double-digit decline in the performance and trust ratings of the country's top government officials. The survey conducted from January 13 to 30 shows President Aquino's performance rating dropped to 66%, 12 points lower than his rating in November last year. Vice-President Jejomar Binay's performance and trust rating also suffered a setback, from 82% in November to 69% in January.
