This after a main witness in the plunder case stated that they have no evidence to show that the former President and her co-accused had acquired ill-gotten wealth from PCSO funds. Arroyo's legal spokesman Raul Lambino said that from the start they knew that the prosecution did not have enough evidence to prove that Arroyo illegally disbursed the PCSO funds from 2008-2010.
