pag paninira sa kalaban in public, pnoy usually invoke that he can express his opinion as a PRIVATE CITIZEN, pero sa mga baril, EXEMPTED sya coz he's NOT a private citizen but a public official and commander in chief! aba'y tarrranta....talaga!
