INQUIRER: House min leader Danilo Suarez wants beneficiaries of the government's CCT to receive the money ahead of the midterm elections to avoid corrupting the program. Suarez told reporters Thursday that he would file on Monday a resolution which would urge funding for CCT beneficiaries starting Feb, 90 days before the polls set in May. "I'm going to ask that starting the campaign of the Senate, which will be on Feb yung beneficiaries ng CCT ibigay na ng 90 days advance. Para walang distribution during the campaign period," he said.
