Fr: Atty Raul Lambino: The Senate or Congress, for that matter, by its nature, is a political body. Its members are highly partisan and cannot be expected to act impartially and objectively on issues that have impact on the gallery or the unsuspecting public. If the bases of the plunder case against PGMA is the Senate report, as what Ombudsman Morales wants to impress her few sympathetic listeners in GOPAC, then this clearly shows that the indictment of PGMA is a political conspiracy hatched, initiated and instigated by PNoy and his political cohorts with the cooperation and submission of his already retired appointee in the office of the Ombudsman for no other purpose or motive but for covering up the current disfunctional state of the nation.
