And this makes the testimony of Secretary de Lima double hearsay. She mentioned her staff bringing her dissenting opinion to the office of the clerk of court and was referred to another staff and so on. Ergo, Sereno's knowledge of the irregularities she mentioned in her dissenting opinion is not first hand. Hence hearsay too.
