TRIBUNE: MIKEY'S AGP, 9 OTHER PARTY-LISTERS GET SC RELIEF
Ten more party-list organizations, including the group of Rep. Juan Miguel "Mikey" Arroyo have obtained relief from the Supreme Court (SC), a day before the high tribunal goes on recess for the holidays. Ang GALING PINOY PARTY-LIST (AGP) where Arroyo is among the latest batch of party-list groups granted a status quo ante (SQA) order by the high court. According to the SC, it saw the need to enjoin the Com-mission on Elections from disqualifying AGP so as not to deprive it the fair chance to campaign should the high court eventually grant its petition and uphold its qualification.
