TEDITORIAL: The burden of proving the threat of the bill articulated by the Church shifts to government to realize the promise of the bill that pushing contraception harder will quicken a decline in population already evident and give everybody a high standard of living as a result. The proposition will be put to the test that MORE PEOPLE mean LESS PROGRESS and more progress demands less people even if Germany conquered Europe 2 times by having the HIGHEST BIRTH RATE, and today with the biggest population, DOMINATES the economy of all Europe. The offensive will shift to the Church and the defense to government. Once implemented, every day that passes, it will be legitimate to ask, DID YOU STOP A BIRTH LAST NIGHT? And are you therefore RICHER THIS MORNING?
