JOURNAL: ARROYOS CALL FOR SSS MEMBERSHIP FOR SELF-EMPLOYED, ENTREPRENEURS - Cam Sur Rep. Diosdado "Dato" Arroyo and Pamp. Rep. Gloria M-Arroyo have filed House Bill 6718, which proposes that self-employed workers and small-scall businessmen should be covered by the SSS programs and be allowed to enroll as members of the SSS under Republic Act 8282 or the Social Security Act of 1997.
