PHILSTAR: MARICHU VILLANUEVA - What are they in Congress for it they could not craft a law that would promote and protect public interest? For once, we could only ask again our lawmakers to serve public interest first before their own vested interests. ROR should not be a quid pro pro quo for FOI.
