ABS-CBN: Arroyo wants Ombudsman's 1st resolution on plunder case
- Former Pres Gloria M-Arroyo on Monday urged the Office of the Ombudsman to produce its first resolution on her PCSO plunder case. Her lawyer, Anacleto Diaz, said the first resolution was made by a panel of investigators that conducted a preliminary investigation into the issue. Diaz, in a press statement, said they have received information that the first resolution did not find any basis for plunder. He said Section 10, Rule 116 of the 2000 Rules of Criminal Procedure ALLOWS the accused to ask the court to produce material evidence in possession of the prosecution.
