TRIBUNE: The First Division of the Sandiganbayan yesterday ordered the Ombudsman to present its witnesses and pieces of evidence for the anti-graft court to determine if there is justifiable cause to detain former Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) board member Manuel "Manoling" Morato and two other co-accused in the plunder case in connection with allegation over the fund misuse of the agency, without bail.
