Former Pres Fidel Ramos defended yesterday the Presidential Bridges Program, which is being investigated by the Sen Blue Ribbon comm due to allegations of misuse of some P111B for the project during the Arroyo administration. Ramos clarified that the PBP was "in fact part of the 1986 Phil Medium-Term Dev Plan of PRES CORY AQUINO, as socio-economic multi-year project.
