ON CYBERCRIME: let us remind those who are IN POWER now that during 9 YEARS of PGMA presidency, ALL of them VIOLATED the LIBEL CLAUSE that they inserted in RA10175. They contaminated cyberspace by their malicious propaganda and ABUSED their rights to free speech by SPREADING lies to vilify and malign the former president. YET pgma did not resort to PASSING a law against them when, as they ALLEGED, she was IN CONTROL of everything then. and remember, they were very vocal in supporting the passage of FOI bill which they now claim as a national security issue. TOP NOTCH HYPOCRISY!!
