The defense lawyers in the electoral fraud case against Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, former Maguindanao governor Andal Ampatuan Sr. and former Comelec official Lintang Bedol are seeking the submission of prosecutors of a pretrial brief, a radio report said.
