MLA STANDARD: Minority solons gang up on Serge - The political opposition on Wednesday rallied behind former pres and Pamp Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo who was accused of allegedly masterminding the alleged P111-billion President's Bridge Program under the Aquino administration. Min. Leader Danilo Suarez and Rep. Milagros Magsaysay of Zambales said that even the past administration before the tenure of Arroyo had carried out the same bridge program funded through Official Development Assistance (ODA).
