MLA STANDARD: ALVIN CAPINO - Puno is paranoid in blaming media - Apparently, Puno thinks he is exempted from media criticism. It verges on the paranoid. The issues raised against him are VALID. What he should do is to explain things clarify them. Also, Puno has no reason to feel persecuted by media. As a public official, Puno has the obligation to explain his side.
