INTERAKSYON TV: The DOJ has dismissed nearly half of the tax evasion cases the Bureau of Internal Revenue filed because of INSUFFICIENT evidence. DOJ data as of September 29 show that 43 percent of cases were dismissed for LACK of probable cause to warrant prosecution before the Court of Tax Appeals.
