DZBB: In an interview with Rowena Salvacion over dzzBB yesterday, Dep Speaker and CamSur Rep. Arnulfo Fuentebella named CamSur Gov. Luis Raymund "L-Ray" Villafuerte as the main man behind the move linking Mrs. Arroyo to the proposed law even if she has no interest in it. "Ginagamit si GMA dahil anak si Dato na congressman ng Camarines Sur. Wala siyang benepisyo dito personally. Kahit ma-create ang bagong probinsya, wala naman siyang planong kumandidato bilang gobernador. Dato is still on his second term, may isa pa siyang termino," Fuentebella explained, adding that Camarines Sur has poor roads that need to be developed.
