BLOG: It is an insult to the best student governments to be compared to the Mr. Bean administration of Noynoy. The Aquino government is a Keystone Kops operation -- full of fumbling and stupidity. Noynoy is so ill-suited to the presidency -- he has no vision, no executive expertise, common sense. A friend who has had dealings with him says he has Aspenger's Syndrome, a form of autism, which explains his Noynoying, odd facial expressions, lack of empathy, minimal eye contact, obsession with GMA. He is also a legend when it comes to laziness. He just got elected because his (stupid) mother died.
