ANC: The camp of FG Mike Arroyo files a motion to quash the graft case filed against him over the botched NBN-ZTE deal. Lawyers say, the Sandiganbayan has no jurisdiction on Mr. Arroyo, who is not a public official, adding the contract has already been canceled and abrogated.
