TRIBUNE: NINEZ CACHO-OLIVARES
But when the Pasay City judge granted Gloria bail, on account of the witness' questionable credibility and no hard evidence presented by the Comelec, and Gloria was out of detention, there went Noynoy again, ordering his Ombudsman to quickly charge her with plunder, again a non-bailable offense. That Noynoy had ordered his Ombudsman, who claims to be independent, but is hardly that, can be gleaned from the fact that, immediately after Gloria was granted bail, he told reporters that there was another plunder case already filed against the former President, which, of course, would cut short her temporary freedom.
