the answer to population explosion is not RH bill or RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD. it is RESPONSIBLE PRESIDENCY. a presidency that knows how to structure an efficient system of governance, a sound road map to economic stability and the political will to serve the less fortunate citizenry. control of population to attain progress is a band-aid solution and reflects laziness to find real and concrete solutions to our mounting problems. even if our population shrinks to 1 million and we still have a dysfunctional system, that one million will still go hungry. on the contrary supporting life and making life worthwhile and productive are the keys to a nation's advancement. providing opportunities to live and make a living is both christian and constitutional.
