In medical profession, ethics demands not to contradict one Doctor's prognosis specially if the physician making the contradicting opinion has not even examined the same patient. More so, giving his pronouncements in public. Olarte's opinion is a disgrace in the promotion of our medical tourism campaign. pls pass!!!
