i-accept kaya ni de lima ang shortlist coz wala pang natatanggap ang office nya dahil closed na? or she is looking for a dissenting opinion of a jbc member? or she is waiting for the completion of jbc requirements of other candidates? will she issue a WLO or HDO to those in the shortlist?
