It is big question mark, why De Lima (good thing she is not even in the top five among the deliberated candidates by JBC, Abad being the no. 1) was even nominated as the next Chief Justice considering she has a pending case and a candidate for disbarment. Di ba sabi ni PNoy, walang "kaibigan at palakasan sa kanyang pamumuno," eh ano tawag dito?????
