Update on CJ impeachment - Please observe: 1) Pro Admin advocates are not addressing the argument of LACK OF JURISDICTION. 2) the impeachment complaint does NOT comply with constitutional VERIFICATION with mandatory requires PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE of the complaints and / or AUTHENTIC RECORDS. 3) CJ's surrender CANNOT AMEND the Const'n or the rule of court. 4) the 1 page JUDGMENT does not state the FACTS & the LAW on w/c the conclusion of GUILT is based, and it is NOT SIGNED by all the Senators who voted thereon. 5) the SC owes it to the Filipino people to RULE on the JURISDICTIONAL & CONST'L ISSUES raised by the petitioner citizens. - Alan Paguia
