ANC TEDITORIAL: In the thinking of the senator-judges, not only is the chief alone guilty of a collegial decision of his court, but he is guilty also of what neither he nor his court ever ruled on. "No judge can be impeached for a wrong decision", Willough by the constitution. Only 4 a bribed decision can a judge the impeached in if it is a collegial decision, everyone who concurred is guilty. So one of them alone cannot be impeached, even if he is the chief justice.
Congress cannot pick in choose who 2 impeach and who 2 convict if the evidence points to them.
