while ombudsman carpio-morales claimed that AMLC's documents were handed to her personally by vicente aquino because of "strict confidentiality", why was she waving the documents in front of national television and narrated "her own impressions" of the data via a powerpoint presentation and gave the media copies even before her testimony? and she calls her action "fact finding" only? what "confidentiality" is she talking about?
