ANC: EX-FG ARROYO TRAVEL ABROAD: 3:07-3:09 On The Scene by Coco Alcuaz
Mike Arroyo is back to Manila Thursday night and presents passport to Sandiganbayan following his business trip in Hong Kong. Arroyo claims his business trip was not successful after Japanese investors of hydro electric plant decided to back out. Aside from being dismayed, Arroyo refuses to divulge why Japanese investors back out.
