"DTI reported that investment approval by BOI for the 1st quarter went down by 83% as compared to same period last year. Because of this, korean and japanese investor are complaining and is slowing down in granting ODA projects. "During the time of PGMA, monthly meetings were convened. Since P'noy assumed office, only 2 NEDA board meetings were held, hence, approval of projects were delayed." E. Maceda (Philstar)
