civil unrest and disregard of law and order caused by a failed governance plus high handed implementation of the law disregarding civil liberties as inspired by the chief executive's one-man rule fixation, blood is starting to stain the streets. Economic hardships borne by noynoying are being felt by the citizenry yet the gov't choose to deodorize the stink by playing up the spratly song and dance sequence.
