JOURNAL - GATCHALIAN LAUDS TIANGCO V
VALENZUELA City Mayor Sherwin Gatchalian commended Navotas Representative Toby Tiangco for the courage in facing his colleagues and the Senate to expose the on-goings in the Lower House. Gatchalian said Tiangco showed that he is not majority nor minority but someone who can independently stand up when the rest has succumbed to fear of challenging higher authorities.
