KAPALMUKS 5- continue to act as prosecutors on a daily basic with a devil-may-care attitude. Drilon, Cayentano, Osmeña, Guingona and Pangilinan are shameless and unrepenting. They have no sense of propriety and proper decorum in conducting themselves as senator judges. They are traitors subverting the constitution in distorting rule of evidence and will forever go down in history as the worst pack of lawmakers ever.
